The Mortgage Hub adopts JammJar platform

The Mortgage Hub has gone live with JammJar as it looks to reduce administration and give advisers more time to focus on clients.

The advice firm has adopted the AI-powered operating system to bring client information, case management, communications and workflow processes into a single platform.

JammJar uses AI and automation to handle elements of administration and case progression, while also providing business reporting and compliance support.

The Mortgage Hub follows Allisons Financial Planning and Chartwell Mortgage Services in adopting the system, as JammJar prepares to unveil the latest version of its technology.

The updated platform will be demonstrated during a webinar, “Are the days of the traditional CRM numbered?”, at 11am on 17 September 2026.

JammJar said the new version will include an upgraded AI Assistant, configurable workflow automation, AI agents designed to help progress cases, enhanced reporting, deeper integrations with Microsoft and iPipeline, and changes to the customer experience.

Lynsey Campbell, The Mortgage Hub, said: “We chose JammJar because we wanted technology that could bring more of our day-to-day work together and make life easier for our advisers.

“The appeal was being able to connect client information and case management, with AI and automation helping to reduce the repetitive administration around advice.

“Clients need someone who can explain their options, answer their questions and support them through the mortgage process and we want our advisers focused on those conversations, rather than spending that time maintaining systems. Going live with JammJar is an important step towards that.”

Karl Griffin (pictured), chief executive and co-founder of JammJar, said: “The Mortgage Hub is part of a growing number of advice firms choosing JammJar to change how they work, not just change their CRM.

“They want technology that does more of the work, rather than giving their advisers more work to do.

“Register for our webinar at 11am on 17 September and we’ll show you what that looks like in practice. Come and see the difference JammJar could make to your business – and what getting that time back could mean for your life.”
