SNM Bridging Finance becomes latest lender member of the BDLA

Specialist lender SNM Bridging Finance has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association as a lender member.

SNM Bridging Finance provides bridging finance to individuals, property investors and businesses, with a focus on time-critical funding requirements including property purchases, development projects and cash flow needs.

Its lending covers residential, commercial and semi-commercial property.

The is the UK’s only trade association dedicated to representing the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers. It now has more than 50 lender members, with a collective loan book of over £13.7 billion, while total membership including associate firms is approaching 100.

Adam Tyler, chief executive officer of the BDLA, said: “We are pleased to welcome SNM Bridging Finance as the latest lender member to join the BDLA.

“As our membership continues to grow, our shared voice becomes stronger and our ability to support best practice across the sector increases.

“We look forward to working with SNM Bridging Finance, alongside our other members, as we continue to engage with key stakeholders and ensure the bridging and development finance sector remains responsible, robust and well-represented.”

Sumith Jayasingha, director at SNM Bridging Finance, said: “We are delighted to join the BDLA and become part of a community focused on strengthening and supporting the specialist property finance market.
