TMG Mortgage Network has appointed Donna Bibby as head of finance, with responsibility for financial reporting, commissions and planning as the Rotherham-based business expands.

Bibby (pictured) joins the network, which supports around 300 appointed representatives and registered individuals, bringing experience in financial operations, credit control and debt recovery across the legal and financial services sectors.

Her previous responsibilities have included managing credit and recovery operations, improving cash flow, reducing aged debt and strengthening financial controls.

She also has experience in dispute resolution, stakeholder management and supporting businesses through periods of organisational change.

In her new role, Bibby will oversee TMG’s finance function, including commission payments to advisers and the financial planning needed to support the network’s continued growth.

Nicholas Jenkinson, managing director of TMG Mortgage Network, said: “Donna’s energy and experience made her a standout choice. As the network grows, a strong finance function is central to everything we do, from paying our advisers promptly to planning for the future.

“We’re delighted to welcome her to the team.”

Bibby said: “TMG is exactly where I wanted to be. It’s a business with real ambition and a genuine focus on its advisers.

“My career has been about turning insight into impact, and I can’t wait to help build finance foundations that balance efficiency with great service for our advisers.”
