Rely cuts rates for landlords with large property portfolios

Published on

Rely has launched a limited-edition range of buy-to-let mortgages for landlords who own 11 or more properties.

The specialist lender, part of OSB Group, said rates were up to 40 basis points lower than those on comparable products in its standard range.

The mortgages are available at 75% loan-to-value on two-year and five-year fixed-rate terms, with a 5% fee. Rely said the products could be withdrawn at any time.

The lender has also introduced lower loan-to-value products for portfolio landlords with four or more mortgaged properties.

These are available at 60% and 65% loan-to-value on two-year and five-year fixed-rate terms. Rates are discounted by up to 15 basis points against equivalent products in Rely’s existing standard range.

The launch follows the introduction in July of lower loan-to-value mortgages for landlords with three or fewer mortgaged properties. Rely said positive feedback from brokers had led it to add those products to its standard range.
