Mortgage Brain training programme gains LIBF accreditation

Published on

Mortgage Brain has secured continuing professional development accreditation from LIBF for its adviser training programme.

The mortgage technology provider’s programme comprises 10 modules, available through daily live sessions and on-demand recordings. Customers can access the training through the Mortgage Brain Hub Help Centre.

Mortgage professionals can gain up to five hours and 30 minutes towards their continuing professional development.

The scenario-based sessions cover the mortgage process from lead generation and fact-finding to sourcing, submissions and long-term client engagement. They are intended for advisers, case administrators, compliance managers and firm principals.

Subjects include the adviser journey through CRM Brain, sourcing and affordability, interpreting lender criteria, protection advice, and case management for administrators.

LIBF, part of Walbrook Institute London, carried out an independent review of Mortgage Brain’s learning provision as part of the accreditation process.

Pollyanna Puddephat (pictured), head of marketing at Mortgage Brain, said: “Achieving CPD accreditation from LIBF is a significant milestone, and one that reflects our wider commitment to transforming customer service into genuine customer success.

“We recognise that powerful technology alone isn’t enough – mortgage professionals need the confidence, guidance and support to use it to its full potential.

“Our training was designed with that in mind, going beyond issue resolution to become a proactive part of how our users get real, lasting value from our platforms every day.

“In a market where many providers offer similar features, it is our dedication to customer success, through education, human expertise and continuous support, that sets us apart.

“Gaining CPD accreditation elevates that commitment further, ensuring our training is not just practical and impactful, but recognised as a mark of professional development for mortgage professionals across the industry.”

John Somerville, director of financial services at LIBF, part of Walbrook Institute London, said: “We’ve accredited Mortgage Brain’s new training programme in recognition of their commitment to professional excellence and quality within the mortgage industry.

“To receive accreditation from LIBF, providers have to meet the highest standards of teaching and learning outcomes.

“We look forward to continuing to support Mortgage Brain in their drive to develop mortgage professionals and raise standards of customer success across the industry.”
