JammJar has integrated iPipeline’s protection sourcing technology into its artificial intelligence-powered operating system for mortgage advisers.
The integration will allow advisers to access iPipeline’s protection sourcing capabilities without moving between separate systems, as JammJar seeks to make protection a more natural part of the mortgage advice process.
JammJar’s platform connects staff, processes, communications and data across mortgage businesses. The company said the latest integration would support its attempt to move firms away from traditional customer relationship management systems, manual administration and disconnected technology.
The protection sourcing service will form part of JammJar’s next-generation platform, which is due to be unveiled during a free online webinar at 11am on Thursday 17 September.
The launch will also cover enhanced AI capabilities, configurable workflow automation, AI agents, deeper Microsoft integration and a redesigned customer experience. Registration for the webinar is open online.
Karl Griffin (pictured), chief executive and co-founder of JammJar, said: “Mortgage advisers have spent years having to work across different systems that don’t talk to each other.
“Protection is a really important part of the advice journey, so it makes no sense for advisers to have to step outside the environment where they’re already managing their clients and cases to access the tools they need.
“That’s what we’re changing with JammJar. We’re creating an intelligent layer across the mortgage business that connects people, processes, communication and data, with AI at the heart of it.
“The aim is to remove the manual administration and disconnected technology that gets in the way of advisers doing their jobs.
“We’re not trying to build the next generation of CRM. We’re building what comes next – a smarter, more human way to run a mortgage business, and integrating iPipeline’s protection sourcing technology is another important part of delivering that.
“The iPipeline integration is also just one of a number of major developments we’re about to unveil. If brokers want to see how it works in practice, and what else is coming to JammJar, I’d encourage them to register for our webinar on 17 September.
“We’ll be demonstrating the next generation of the platform and showing what these changes mean for advisers day to day.”
Stephanie Hydon, AVP strategic sales partnerships at iPipeline, said: “Technology will play the most crucial role in making protection a more natural, consistent and efficient part of the mortgage advice journey.
“By integrating SolutionBuilder with JammJar we continue to remove friction from the protection advice process – increasing adviser confidence and increasing the time they spend on meaningful client engagement.”
