Momenti Group expands Mortgage Minds support for brokers

Published on

Momenti Group has added group mentoring and one-to-one strategic sessions to its Mortgage Minds service for mortgage brokers.

The Growth Circle is a group mentoring programme intended to bring brokers together to examine the challenges and opportunities facing their businesses.

The company has also introduced a Strategic Growth Session with Momenti Group founder Jeff Knight. The one-to-one session is designed to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Each session is preceded by a fact-find and review of the broker’s business and its current activity.

Mortgage Minds already offers free articles, practical guides and contributions from across the mortgage industry. The new services provide more direct support covering marketing, strategy, leadership and business growth.

Knight (pictured) said: “I’ve been listening to mortgage brokers talk about their challenges for some time. I listened, and then created these two simple solutions.

“I simply want to help brokers make sure they are doing the right things right – so their time, energy and money are focused in the right areas.

“After all, growth isn’t always about generating more leads. Sometimes it’s about better marketing, a clearer strategy, stronger leadership or simply focusing on the right things.”
