Pantera Advisory Group has relocated to a larger headquarters in Harrogate as the real estate specialist prepares for further expansion across the UK.
The independent real estate, property valuation and advisory business has moved into a new 4,000 sq ft office at Cardale Park in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, as part of plans to grow the business by 30% during 2026.
The move follows the launch of the firm’s valuation services division in 2025 and sees its 18-strong Harrogate team relocate to premises that are double the size of its previous head office.
Pantera Advisory Group, a RICS-recognised surveying practice, said the larger office will support future expansion plans, including the recruitment of additional staff and the opening of new regional offices.
The business, founded in 2016 by chartered surveyor Tom Snook, now employs more than 25 people across its Harrogate headquarters and City of London office.
Snook, chief executive of Pantera Advisory Group, said: “We had outgrown our Harrogate head office after a decade of building our client base, and with a growing team, offering new services and with new hires imminent, we have invested in a new head office that will enable us to scale in the coming years.”
“We recently launched a new valuation services division, which is already beating our plan for its maiden year and, as our client base and services expand, we are planning for further rapid growth both in Yorkshire and our City of London offices.”
The company said the investment reflects confidence in demand for its property advisory and valuation services as it continues to broaden its offering and geographic reach.
