TSB has introduced a new product to its residential mortgage range.

the product is a two-year fixed remortgage (75-85%) LTV product with £1,495 fee. Free legals or no free legals and £300 cashback (Intermediary only).

Nick Smith, TSB’s head of mortgages, said: “We know that some people are after more choice when it comes to fixing their mortgage, particularly in this ever-changing political and economic environment.

“This new product offers customers the best of both worlds – a very competitive interest rate, as well as the ability to fix their payments for a relatively short period of time.”
