Movera appoints Saunders-Proudlove to manage broker panel relationships

Published on

Movera has appointed Claire Saunders-Proudlove as partner relationships manager, with responsibility for managing and developing relationships with broker panel firms across its conveyancing businesses.

Saunders-Proudlove (pictured) joins from Pepper Money, where she was completions manager, overseeing the final stages of mortgage transactions and working with stakeholders to ensure cases progressed towards completion.

She has more than 10 years’ experience in financial services, including senior positions at conveyancing firms Countrywide and PLS Solicitors.

At Countrywide, she worked as legal team manager, while at PLS Solicitors she was residential conveyancing manager. Both positions involved managing relationships with partner firms, maintaining service standards and meeting completion targets.

Her new role will cover the broker panels of Movera’s two conveyancing businesses, ONP Solicitors and Cavendish. She will act as a point of contact for panel firms, identifying their requirements and working with internal teams to address service and operational matters.

The appointment comes as Movera looks to expand its broker channels and increase remortgage volumes.

FOCUS ON BROKER RELATIONSHIPS

Commenting on her appointment, Saunders-Proudlove said: “Movera and its conveyancing firms are going from strength to strength, especially in the remortgage market, so it felt like a really great time to join the team.

“It’s a very collective and collaborative working environment, and I already feel like my ideas are being listened to and implemented.

“In recent weeks I’ve started getting out and about to meet some of our panel partners in person, many of whom I already know well from my previous roles.

“Going forward, I will work closely with these partners to strengthen those relationships and make sure that we are all on the same page in terms of expectations and service delivery.”

Sharon Beedham, relationship director at Movera, added: “As we continue to strengthen our partner proposition, grow our broker channels and increase our remortgage volumes, it has never been a better time for Claire to come on board.

“Her expertise and genuine understanding of the home moving process have already proved invaluable, enabling us to deliver an exceptional experience for partners and realise our vision to redefine home moving for good.”
