ModaMortgages cuts rates with limited edition buy-to-let range

Published on

ModaMortgages has launched a limited edition buy-to-let range with rates reduced by up to 10bps.

The specialist lender is offering two-year fixed rates from 4.14% and five-year fixed rates from 5.04%.

The range covers single dwelling properties as well as HMOs and multi-unit freehold blocks with up to six bedrooms or units.

Products are available to both individual landlords and those borrowing through limited companies, with a choice of fee structures.

There are no application or valuation fees across the range, meaning landlords can secure a product without paying these costs upfront.

Becki Fraser-Tucker (pictured), head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “We’re always looking for opportunities to strengthen our proposition, so we’re delighted our new limited edition range features rates up to 10bps lower than previously.

“With rates now starting from 4.14%, alongside no application or valuation fees and support for a wide range of property types, this range offers even more reasons for brokers to take a closer look at ModaMortgages.”
