TMG adds Gable Mortgages to lender panel

Published on

TMG Mortgage Network has added Gable Mortgages to its lender panel, giving member firms access to the lender’s 100% loan-to-value and zero-deposit mortgage proposition.

The agreement expands the network’s range of options for advisers working with borrowers who may struggle to build a conventional deposit despite being able to meet monthly mortgage payments.

Gable Mortgages, a trading name of Gemini Consultants Limited, entered the UK mortgage market with a particular focus on first-time buyers, key workers and home movers with limited equity.

Its proposition includes mortgages at up to 100% loan-to-value, aimed at customers whose income may support mortgage repayments but who have been unable to accumulate the deposit normally required by mainstream lenders.

DEPOSIT CHALLENGE

Danny Belton (pictured), head of TMG Club & Partner Strategy at TMG Mortgage Network, said: “At TMG we are continually looking for new lenders that offer new and exciting solutions for our customers looking to get onto the housing ladder.

“The addition of Gable Mortgages provides advisers with access to a genuinely different proposition that can help address one of the biggest challenges facing today’s housing market: saving for a deposit.”

Lisa Crane, mortgage operations director at Gable Mortgages Limited, said: “We’re delighted to work with TMG to bring Gable’s new 100% mortgage to its adviser network.

“TMG’s commitment to supporting advisers and delivering positive outcomes for customers makes it an ideal partner for this launch, helping more first-time buyers who can afford the monthly repayments but may not have a substantial deposit to take a confident step onto the property ladder.”

Gable Mortgages’ no-deposit residential mortgage proposition is provided through Gemini Consultants Limited and supported by a wider partnership involving Gemini Consultants Limited, Gable Mortgages Limited and Gable Group.
