ModaMortgages has expanded its limited-edition buy-to-let range with new fixed and percentage-based product fee options.

The specialist lender has introduced fixed fees of £7,499 and £9,999, alongside products carrying a 7% fee. The range already includes 2% and 5% fee options.

Two-year and five-year fixed-rate products are available, with rates starting at 3.69% for single-dwelling properties and 3.79% for houses in multiple occupation and multi-unit freehold blocks containing up to six bedrooms or units.

The products are available to individual and limited company landlords at up to 75% loan-to-value. There are no application or valuation fees.

Becki Fraser-Tucker (pictured), head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “We’re always looking for ways to give brokers and their clients more choice, so we’re delighted to launch our new expanded limited edition range.

“These new fee options provide even greater flexibility for landlords, allowing them to choose a pricing structure that best suits their individual circumstances.

“Whether they prefer a percentage fee option or a fixed fee structure, they can now choose from an even wider range of solutions, all backed up by our commitment to making the journey as simple and straightforward as possible.”
