Cotality UK has promoted Ash Lloyd (main picture, inset) to client delivery director as it expands its mortgage lending operation following two major lender wins.
The property data and technology business said the appointment would strengthen its operational leadership as demand grows for its Integrated Lender Hub property risk platform.
Cotality has recently secured agreements with two major UK lenders to adopt the technology, which connects lenders’ mortgage origination systems with surveyors and is designed to streamline the valuation process.
The company has not named the lenders but described them as a major UK bank and a national building society.
LENDING TEAM EXPANDS
Lloyd’s promotion follows the appointment of Carl Ross as head of business development and the promotion of Sam England to client delivery director – surveying.
Cotality said the expanded team would support the implementation of its new lender agreements as well as a wider pipeline of mortgage lenders considering the technology.
Its Integrated Lender Hub is designed to connect mortgage origination and valuation processes while maintaining compliance and property risk controls and reducing reliance on legacy systems.
IMPORTANT TIME FOR GROWTH

Mark Blackwell, chief operating officer at Cotality, said: “Ash’s promotion comes at an important time for the increasing growth of our operations in the UK mortgage market. Our solutions are well established with lenders, and having proven delivery leaders like Ash in place ensures our partners receive the operational resilience and service excellence they expect.
“This continued growth will simultaneously benefit our surveying partners with more secure and reliable means of data distribution, management and oversight.”
