Y3S updates miLoanBroker with debt management module

Mortgage intermediaries using Y3S Group’s miLoan secured loan sourcing system have generated £100 million of secured loan quotes since the system was released in July.

The Cardiff-based firm said that nearly 4,000 individual quotations have been requested through the intermediary-only search engine which displays results for the UK’s secured loan lenders including the newly formed Shawbrook Bank.

Y3S is launching an updated version of the miLoanBroker.com site this week with new features, including a new debt management plan module.

The release of the debt management module this week will be followed by a bridging loan module due to be launched in early 2012. Y3S expects further growth to come through a joint venture with TrigoldCrystal to integrate miLoan into Prospector.

Matt Cottle, a director at Y3S Group, said: “We developed miLoan to provide a new secured loan experience for mortgage intermediaries based on a hunch and some feedback from our introducing brokers. Simplicity
