Two new hires for Tiuta

Published on

Tiuta has recruited two regional account managers for the first time, as a response to increased intermediary demand for the specialist lender’s products.

Gordon Rae and Jim Baker will be tasked with developing new relationships through brokers, packagers, mortgage clubs and networks.

Rae joins Tiuta with over 25 years experience in financial services after having worked for GMAC and BM Solutions in various sales and management roles. He will be based predominantly within the South.

Baker also has a number of years’ experience within the intermediary market following BDM and national account manager roles within TMB and Rooftop Mortgages. He will cover the Northern regions.

Both report directly to head of business development Guy Garrard.

Garrard claimed the hires showed the lender’s “commitment”” to diversifying its distribution strategy and were another piece in the puzzle to help achieving its “”ambitious”” growth plans.
