TMW makes changes to BTL range

Published on

The Mortgage Works (TMW) has made changes to our buy-to-let range.

Foreign National applicants can now select from products offering free standard valuations, free standard legals and cashback options. This applies to paper-based applications only.

For Let to Buy applications, TMS is now requiring two items from the applicant’s solicitors. Firstly, confirmation that the Let to Buy remortgage will be completing simultaneously with the purchase of a new main residence (which may be with another lender).

Secondly, confirmation that the applicant will vacate the security address upon completion.

TMW has also extended end dates across the entire buy-to-let range.
