Catalyst Property Finance has made new appointments for both its new business and credit/underwriting teams.

The bridging lender has welcomed Andy Keehner (pictured) as a new client relationship manager. He has previously worked at Cynergy Bank, Oblix Capital and UTB.

In the credit Team, Corey Wong has been appointed as a credit analyst. He joins Catalyst with five years’ experience with Nationwide in mortgage underwriting.

Meanwhile, Fiona Collins, who previously worked in the lender’s new business team, moves into a full time credit analyst role.

Chris Fairfax, CEO at Catalyst Property Finance, said: “Over the last few months we have broken records in enquiries, applications and completions. To ensure we continue to deliver brilliant customer service, we needed to move quickly and hire talent that could hit the ground running.

“Both Andy and Corey bring great skills and experience that will further bolster our teams. Fiona has worked with our new business team for over a year and we have been blown-away by her organisation skills; she will continue to support our intermediary contacts and their clients further along in their lending journey.

“2020 certainly provided numerous challenges but also great opportunities for adaptive and disruptive lenders such as Catalyst. We have a number of exciting initiatives launching in 2021 and, for that, we need a strong team of great people.”
