The Loans Engine joins Paradigm’s referral partner panel

Paradigm has added specialist finance broker, The Loans Engine, to its referral partner panel.

Paradigm member firms will be able to refer clients to The Loans Engine to access its range of specialist finance lender relationships and product solutions.

The Loans Engine offers access to a wide range of specialist mortgage finance covering sectors such as second-charge, specialist first-charge buy-to-let, asset finance, bridging, commercial, and development finance.

Advisers will be able to access the latest rates and deals via The Loan Engine’s quick quote calculator, and will have direct access to a dedicated and qualified account manager who will oversee the application from initial engagement to completion.

Richard Howes (pictured), director of mortgages at Paradigm, said: “We’re seeing a growing level of complexity and product criteria and rate changes right across all sectors of the specialist mortgage market, which requires considerable skill, knowledge and resources in order to keep on top of.

“Advisers often prefer to refer clients to specialist brokers in sectors such as second-charge or bridging or development finance, or indeed more specialist buy-to-let cases, in order to ensure they are providing their client with the right outcome for their needs. This is why we are very pleased to bring The Loans Engine onto our referral panel from today, and to provide our member firms with access to its excellent service in these product sectors.

“We’re looking forward to developing this relationship with The Loans Engine and ensuring our advisers work with a partner that is at the cutting-edge of this market.”

Paul Zammit, regulated mortgages director at The Loans Engine, added: “We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Paradigm. Joining their esteemed panel has been a goal of ours for some time, and we’re excited that it’s come to fruition.

“In the months ahead, we will collaborate closely with Paradigm and its members to develop a strong partnership that will, in turn, enhance their ability to assist a greater number of clients.

“We’re excited to see how the relationship develops and firmly believe our solutions, expertise, and bespoke technology will enable Paradigm’s members to seize some great opportunities in the specialist finance sector.”
