TBMC offers lease extension facility for brokers

TBMC has introduced a new lease extension service for intermediaries.

It is accessed via its &lta href=&quothttps://www.tbmc.co.uk&quot&gtwebsite&lt/a&gt.

The service enables clients to extend their lease by 90 years, helping them to increase the value of their existing leasehold properties and to complete mortgage applications that may have been rejected due to the lease being too short.

Intermediaries using TBMC’s lease extension service for their clients will receive £100 per lease extension. The service provides free online estimates and a price match guarantee.

Andy Young , chief executive of TBMC, said: “We are pleased to be launching this new service for our business introducers as it provides a great opportunity for intermediaries to earn extra income and help their clients at the same time. Leasehold property owners will be well aware that the value of their property can decrease as time goes by and some may struggle to sell or buy a property which has a shorter lease. Therefore
