Spicerhaart chooses The Charlbury Group

Published on

The Charlbury Group is to provide Spicerhaart with a new conveyancing referral system for use by advisers throughout its branch network.

The new system allows advisers to generate a conveyancing quote, send the instruction electronically, according to pre-set allocation rules, directly into the solicitors’ system which removes the need for any re-keying of information. As the conveyancer progresses the case, milestone updates are automatically passed through the system back to Spicerhaart.

Spicerhaart operates the largest independently owned estate agency chain in the UK with mortgage consultants in every branch offering Independent advice.

Lucian Pollington at Spicerhaart said: “We are constantly looking for new ways to develop the service we offer our customers and recognise that huge opportunities exist by harnessing new technology. We approached the Charlbury Group to build a system which would enable advisers in our branches to source conveyancing quotes at the point of sale and be able to instruct from a panel of solicitors.
