Skipton introduces seven-year deals

Skipton Building Society is adding two new seven-year products to its range.

Launching on 16 August, the two alternatives at 75% and 85% LTV follow the launch last week the Skipton’s new 10-year fix, launched last week, which offered a rate of 5.85% with no product fees, up to 85% LTV.

The interest rate at 75% LTV is 4.89%, while the 85% LTV deal is priced at 5.49%. There are no product fees.

They will beavailable both direct through the Society’s Skipton Direct contact centre and branches, and via intermediaries.
