Six fixes from A&L on Friday

Alliance & Leicester for Intermediaries is tomorrow launching six new fixed rate mortgages.

For example, at 85% loan-to-value, there are three year fixed rates at 5.39% (with a 2% fee), 5.69% (with a £1,495 fee) and 5.89% (with a £495 fee).

Other changes to the range of fixed products available through Alliance & Leicester include a reduction of 0.1% on the first-time buyer only, 85% LTV four year fixed mortgage at 5.89% with no fee.
