Simon Davies promoted at Valunation

Valunation has appointed Simon Davies to the new position of technical director.

Davies joined the the nationwide provider of valuation solutions in 2005 and will now be responsible for managing and minimising business risk. He is also tasked with working with clients to develop Valunation’s panel management proposition and with clients and staff to identify and prevent fraudulent activity within the industry.

Alison Beech, business relationship director, Spicerhaart and Valunation said: “We are thrilled that Simon has accepted this position and wish him every success in this new and challenging role. Simon’s time spent in private practice has equipped him well for the task in hand. He is the ideal candidate to address the challenges posed by the current business environment and will refocus on quality and risk management through the combination of innovation and a back to basics approach.”””
