Sale and rent back calculator provided by RPS

Residential Property Solutions Limited (RPS), the specialist sale and rent back (SRB) firm, has launched a new website, including a sale and rent back product calculator.

Brokers enter two figures into the calculator: the value of their client’s property and a realistic monthly affordable rent figure.

If, having reviewed the figures, the broker believes that sale and rent back may be appropriate for their client they can then be referred to RPS which, as a firm regulated by the FSA to manage SRB business, will provide the client with appropriate advice.

The new RPS website also features a range of information for borrowers, brokers and property professionals, including a detailed stage by stage explanation of how sale and rent back works, case studies, downloadable documentation and a broker registration facility.
