RAW Capital Partners adds specialist mortgages to L&G Ignite

Published on

Brokers using L&G’s Ignite sourcing platform can now access RAW Capital Partners’ specialist buy-to-let mortgage range.

The addition broadens the products available through Ignite for borrowers with more specialist requirements, including foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK buy-to-let property.

RAW Capital Partners’ lending criteria and product details have been added to the platform, with information set to update automatically as the lender makes changes to its range.

The Guernsey-based lender has been active in the specialist mortgage market for 10 years and has widened its proposition over the past year.

It extended its lending to UK residents in December 2025, having previously focused on overseas and expatriate borrowers, and introduced bridging finance for buy-to-let investors in July.

The move onto Ignite follows RAW Capital Partners’ addition to L&G’s Mortgage Club lender panel earlier this year.

Ben Nichols (pictured), chief executive at RAW Capital Partners, said: “It’s great to join L&G’s Ignite platform. The platform makes it quicker and easier for brokers to source the right product for their client, and it is the perfect time for RAW to integrate with It.

“Over the past year we have launched new products and improved features across the board – we’re confident our products will be well received by brokers seeking greater certainty and flexibility for their clients.”

Kelly Bretherton, head of Ignite at L&G’s Mortgage Services business, added: “We’re committed to helping brokers find the right mortgage solutions for their clients’ individual needs.

“That’s why we’re excited to welcome the RAW Capital Partners to the Ignite platform, giving brokers seamless access to their range of bespoke products.”
