Quantum Mortgages has made two internal promotions across its sales and completions teams as the specialist lender continues to expand its operations.

Zouhair Mihramane has been promoted to head of business development, taking responsibility for leading and supporting the lender’s business development managers and business development executives.

Sabeel Ajaib has also moved into a new role as completions team leader, where he will oversee and support the completions function.

Mihramane (pictured) said: “I’m excited to take this next step forward with the sales team, having already been involved with Quantum Mortgages incredible growth over the past few years.

“I look forward to working more closely with the sales team and expanding our reach to build upon the fantastic foundation that is already there.”

Ajaib said: “I’m looking forward to embracing this new role. It is a great opportunity to support and develop the completions team, build on the high standards we’ve already established, and ensure we continue delivering an exceptional service to our customers.”

Quantum Mortgages, which operates in the specialist buy-to-let and bridging markets, said both appointments reflected its approach to developing staff internally.

Harsha Dahyea, chief commercial officer at Quantum Mortgages, said: “We’re incredibly proud to promote both Zouhair and Sabeel. They have consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and resilience in an increasingly challenging market.

“I am confident that they will continue to strengthen our business and play key roles in Quantum Mortgages’ future success.

“Supporting the development of our teams is a key part of our culture and we are committed to providing opportunities for people to grow and enhance their career.”
