PSP Fieldcall links with The Charlbury Group system

Published on

PSP Fieldcall, the field agent business specialising in services for the lending industry, is the first in the market to link with The Charlbury Group system.

This enables it to receive instructions from the Arrears Management System and download these to its network of field agents using its own AEGIS operating platform, reversing the process to report on activity and complete MI.

The Arrears Management System supports multiple integrations from firms throughout the arrears management process including asset managers, solicitors and eventually other field agent firms enabling the quick and efficient flow of information.

Andrew Fowler, managing director of PSP Fieldcall, said: “We often visit borrowers in very difficult circumstances and so it is vital that we are able to act swiftly when we receive an instruction for work as often a sustainable resolution can be made with the borrower if discussions are held in a timely manner.
