Property firm signs up Lothian lettings agents

Property maintenance firm One Call Home Assist has signed up six Scottish lettings firms as its official business partners.

Under the agreement, the Lothian-based companies – which include Verve Property, Arden Property Management, Edinburgh Pearl Lettings, Live and Let, 1st Choice and Martin & Co – will be official ‘partners’ of One Call Home Assist.

The firms will offer the Home Assist property maintenance contracts to landlords and tenants on their books – and a percentage of the contract fee will then be recouped by each firm that signs up a new customer to the service.
