Property Circle bolsters senior team

Property Circle has appointed Andy Tyler to head up client service as head of training and customer success.

Tyler (pictured) will report to Property Circle’s CEO, Marc Randall. He joins the business with a background in estate agency and IT training, coming from Reapit where he spent over 15 years training and coaching estate agents on Reapit’s end-to-end technology platform.

His new role is to help ‘onboard’ brokers and estate agents who have signed up with Property Circle, ensure they know how the platform works and help them make the most of the sales opportunities that the platform identifies.

He is also tasked with designing and implementing an “easy to follow and robust” onboarding system to make it easy for customers to have their client data bases integrated into Property Circle’s platform.

Randall said: “I consider us to be extremely fortunate to have Andy join us. He combines a deep understanding of the property industry with a solid background in PropTech and a specialist in the field of teaching users how to make the best of end to end IT platforms, especially in the estate agency and financial services sectors. His skills will be of immense value to the evolution of Property Circle.”

Tyler added: “I am delighted to join Property Circle. The challenge of working with a still relatively new B2B service business which is making a strong case for brokers to invest in a concept that will make them more efficient, help them to look after existing clients and provide new leads from their client banks, was an opportunity I could not pass up.”
