Property Circle has appointed Sarah Hartwell to the role of national account manager.

Hartnell (pictured) has had over 30 years’ experience in the mortgage market both as a broker and lender. Since 2003, she has worked in business development roles for a number of specialist lenders, including The Mortgage Works, The Mortgage Lender, Vida Homeloans and Foundation Homeloans, building name awareness among brokers and developing senior level relationships with the UK’s top mortgage clubs and networks.

Property Circle is a growth platform for mortgage brokers, estate agents and letting agents.

Marc Randall, CEO at Property Circle, said: “We are fortunate to be able to recruit someone of Sarah’s calibre to spearhead and develop relationships with brokers to show them the unique benefits of Property Circle’s platform and how it can revolutionise the monitoring of their existing client banks and provide a stream of genuine sales leads.

“Sarah’s extensive knowledge of the market and her relationships with many of the industry’s most influential players will be invaluable in helping to take Property Circle to the next level.”

Hartwell added: “I am delighted to join Property Circle. Its unique proposition is a truly groundbreaking development to help brokers maximise the potential goldmine in their client banks.

“I am excited to be able to show the broker community just how revolutionary the Property Circle platform can be in helping manage their client banks and generate new business.”
