Instamo and Fluxifi AI agree integration to simplify mortgage submissions

Published on

Mortgage advisers using Fluxifi AI will gain access to Instamo’s FastSubmit technology through a new integration designed to reduce the time spent completing lender applications.

The arrangement will allow brokers to transfer existing case information from Fluxifi directly into Instamo, avoiding the need to enter the same details separately into lender portals.

Instamo says its FastSubmit system can complete the data entry required for decisions in principle (DIPs) and full mortgage applications up to 10 times faster than manual processes, with an average saving of 26 minutes per case.

Advisers and administrators will retain responsibility for checking and approving every field before information is submitted to a lender.

Fluxifi AI provides a platform covering residential mortgages, buy-to-let, protection, bridging and development finance. It is designed for directly authorised and appointed representative firms managing cases across multiple financial products.

The integration will enable information already captured during the advice process to be used when completing lender applications, reducing duplication and the potential for data entry errors.

REDUCING ADMINISTRATION

FastSubmit operates between mortgage advisers and lender portals, automatically populating application fields using existing case data while retaining an adviser approval stage.

Steve Rhodes, head of growth at Instamo, said: “Fluxifi is building a strong platform for firms doing complex, multi-product work, and we are delighted that brokers using it will be able to access FastSubmit.

“Our focus has always been on giving advisers more time to advise by removing unnecessary administration, and this integration will extend that to a new group of firms.”

Fluxifi’s wider platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with advice documentation, compliance and specialist property finance cases.

For regulated mortgage and protection advice, the system produces draft suitability reports using information from supporting documents, with advisers responsible for reviewing and approving the final reports.

Its bridging and development finance functions include document analysis, deal modelling, illustration tools and draft recommendation letters.

Theodore Athienitis, founder and chief executive of Fluxifi AI, said: “Our customers run complex, multi-product firms, and every hour spent rekeying case data into lender portals is an hour not spent advising clients.

“Once FastSubmit is integrated into Fluxifi, advisers will be able to move from a completed case to a lender submission without breaking their workflow. We are delighted to be working with Instamo.”

The companies have not specified a date for the integration to become available to Fluxifi users.
