Precise Mortgages hires underwriter

Precise Mortgages has recruited Saul Brock as an underwriter for its to join its short-term lending team.

Brock worked for Lancashire Mortgage Corporation for several years as its credit and risk manager.

He was also worked for both the Manchester Building Society and The Co-operative Bank.

Alan Cleary, managing director of Precise Mortgages, said: “We continue to recruit seasoned professionals into our operation and Saul is going to be a great asset to the business. He has a wealth of expertise and experience and is well known to many in the short-term lending world.””
