PMS offers exclusive discount mortgage

PMS has launched a two-year discounted product with no early redemption charges in conjunction with ITL Mortgages.

It is priced at a 2.20% discount from the ITL SVR, up to 80% LTV for both purchase and remortgages. There is also a free valuation on remortgages.

ITL Mortgages is a brand of the Stroud & Swindon Building Society.
