Pitch 4 Finance secures funding for £6.2m complex portfolio

Published on

Pitch 4 Finance has completed a £6.2m refinance transaction on a complex portfolio of semi-commercial property.

The portfolio consisted of a diverse mix of assets including residential, retail, logistics and hospitality across the UK but primarily in the south of England.

Due to the complex range of assets the client wanted one lender to finance the whole portfolio. Using its database of 190 specialist lenders, Pitch 4 Finance placed the deal with a private bank who was willing to finance the entire portfolio at a rate of 3.2%. This compares to other lenders who were offering 5%.

Miranda Khadr (pictured), CEO and founder of Pitch 4 Finance, said: “Finding a lender who feels comfortable lending on a complicated portfolio such as this one is not easy. A handful of lenders were willing to look at this deal but their pricing was quite high.

“Pitch 4 Finance’s alternative lending database is a sophisticated criteria and sourcing system that can match clients’ requirements with lenders in seconds. Our technology enables us to source the most suitable funding on the market from the 190 lenders on the platform using our technology to package the case effectively for brokers.”
