Paradigm expands conveyancing panel with Optimus

Published on

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Optimus to its conveyancing panel, giving member firms access to its conveyancing management platform and RICS survey services.

The agreement extends the range of property transaction services available to Paradigm firms, with Optimus providing fixed-price conveyancing for sales, purchases, remortgages and cashback remortgages across England, Scotland and Wales.

Part of Landmark Information Group, Optimus also handles specialist transactions including limited company buy-to-let cases and properties affected by the Building Safety Act.

DIGITAL CASE MANAGEMENT

Paradigm advisers will be able to use Optimus CaseManager to generate conveyancing quotes, instruct cases and monitor transactions through one platform.

The system provides automated case updates and includes an Applicant Acceptance of a Quote function, enabling clients to review, accept and instruct a conveyancing quote online.

Optimus said its team also actively monitors transactions and works with advisers and conveyancers to progress cases and resolve issues. The business employs more than 50 people, including 16 service consultants across its conveyancing and survey operations.

Paradigm firms will additionally gain access to Landmark Information Group’s Optimus Accelerate and Sales Pack Ready services. These are designed to bring together property information, searches, surveys, forms and documentation earlier in the transaction process.

The Optimus survey panel provides access to home and building surveys, specialist reports and valuations, including nationwide Level 2 and Level 3 RICS surveys.

Richard Howes (pictured), managing director of mortgages at Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Optimus to the Paradigm conveyancer panel, further increasing the choice available to our member firms who are active in recommending conveyancing services to their clients.

“We want firms to have access to a range of quality options because different clients and transactions will inevitably have different requirements, and Optimus adds another strong proposition to the panel, backed by both technology and dedicated people supporting cases through to completion.

“We also see real value in the wider Optimus proposition, particularly the ability for Paradigm firms to access RICS survey services alongside conveyancing. We believe Optimus will be a very useful addition to our existing panel and will broaden the options available to member firms.”

Lee Riche, commercial director of Optimus, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Paradigm Mortgage Services and making our services available to their member firms.

“We are in a particularly exciting time for Optimus, following the recent launch of Optimus CaseManager, our enhanced platform designed to help brokers quote, instruct, and manage conveyancing cases more efficiently.

“This partnership gives Paradigm members access to our growing range of innovative features, including our new Applicant Acceptance functionality, which creates a smoother journey from quote to instruction.

“As Optimus continues to invest in technology, service, and new initiatives, we look forward to supporting Paradigm’s members and helping them deliver even better outcomes for their clients.”
