Optimum Credit completes TPFC loan in under six days

The Personal Finance Centre (TPFC) has completed a second charge case in a working week with Optimum Credit.

The specialist broker said it demonstrated what can be achieved with second charges, when considering best client outcomes.

Daniel Jackson from TPFC received the enquiry on the Thursday evening from the customers who wanted to reduce their outgoings. He sourced a second charge for his client who was employed, with a clean profile and with Halifax as their mortgage lender.

Speed of service and rate were key needs for this client and Optimum Credit confirmed it didn’t require any valuation or mortgage reference, meaning Jackson could send the documents out to the customer following morning.

The pack was returned and submitted to the lender who immediately supplied the binding offer resulting in the application completing within six days.

Mark Cooke, director at The Personal Finance Centre said: “Good client outcomes are at the heart of everything we do and Optimum echo that sentiment with their approach to underwriting.”
