The Mortgage Works has apologised to brokers who have had problems with the lender’s online system.

In a message to intermediaries, the Mortgage Works said: “TMW Online is currently experiencing technical difficulties which may prevent you from submitting applications. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolve the problem. We will inform you as soon as it is fixed.””
