New Leaf Network extends Twenty7tec technology agreement

Published on

New Leaf Network has agreed a further three-year partnership with Twenty7tec, retaining the technology provider to support its mortgage advisers.

The renewal extends an established relationship between the businesses and will see them continue working together to develop the technology available to the network’s advisers.

The agreement comes as mortgage networks and advice firms look to improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative work and integrate different stages of the advice process.

Twenty7tec provides technology designed to connect key elements of the mortgage advice journey, reduce duplication and improve the transfer of information between systems. Its technology also allows firms to configure processes according to their operational requirements.

Daniel Hobbs, chief executive of New Leaf, said: “The mortgage market continues to evolve, and networks have a responsibility to provide advisers with technology that keeps pace with that change.

“Our long-standing partnership with Twenty7tec has helped us support advisers with a more connected and efficient advice process, while preserving the personal service that sits at the heart of good financial advice.

“This renewal is about more than continuing an existing technology agreement. It is a commitment to working together over the next three years to develop the relationship, listen to our advisers and ensure the solutions available to them continue to meet their changing needs.”

The renewed agreement will allow both businesses to continue reviewing how technology can meet advisers’ changing requirements over the next three years.

Nathan Reilly (pictured), chief customer officer at Twenty7tec, said: “A three-year renewal is particularly meaningful because it reflects the strength of a relationship that has been built over time.

“For us, a successful partnership isn’t simply about providing technology. It’s about understanding how a business operates, listening to what its advisers need and continuing to develop the relationship as those needs evolve.

“We’re delighted that New Leaf Network has chosen to continue working with Twenty7tec for another three years and look forward to building on what we have already achieved together.”
