Affirmative has recruited Katie Dawes to its processing team.

Dawes has over five years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked for businesses such as Nationwide, IVA Management, and TFC Loans.

She said: “I am really excited for a new challenge and to join the team so I can develop my skills and knowledge further to hopefully progress to underwriting myself.”

Affirmative are happy to have Katie on board and joining an already skilled and intelligent team of vibrant individuals.

Chi Ho, head of underwriting, added: “I am delighted to welcome Katie to our team, her previous experience of working for a loan packager and dealing with intermediaries and lenders make her a perfect fit for our business and I feel sure that she will become a great asset to our team in Manchester.”
