New risk manager for Absolute

Specialist business financier Absolute Invoice Finance has appointed Lauren Dolezel as risk manager in its Manchester office.

Dolezel spent eight years at Bibby Financial Services where as operations manager she was responsible for day-to-day procedures within a number of the business’ invoice finance teams, as well as working closely with its risk team and helping to develop new business.

In her new role at Absolute, she will be responsible for client facility underwriting, as well as overseeing the business’ client survey and auditing functions. She will also work with clients to advise on specific cashflow challenges.
