Specialist business financier Absolute Invoice Finance has appointed Scott Braybrook as deputy finance director.

He has over 20 years’ experience to Absolute, having previously worked as divisional financial controller at information services provider Experian, and as a senior financial analyst at credit card provider Capital One. More recently, Braybrook oversaw the implementation of a new accounting system in his role as financial controller at Appna, a retailer of world foods.

His appointment follows the merger of Absolute with Britain’s newest bank, Aldermore, in a move that saw Aldermore acquire the business from AnaCap Financial Partners.

As part of his new role, he will lead a team in the implementation of a new finance system.

Braybrook said: “Absolute’s ambitious growth targets and inclusive culture were key factors in my decision to join the company. The business has an excellent finance team
