Existing 0% to 60% LTV pricing will be available up to 70% LTV on the 2 year no ERC trackers for first time buyers, existing and new customers moving home, as well as on the four-year and five-year fixed rates for switchers.

This will reduce rates for remortgage customers borrowing between 60% and 70% LTV by up to 0.90%.
