Mortgage Intelligence adds the Swansea to lender panel

Mortgage Intelligence has added Swansea Building Society to its lender panel, giving advisers across the network access to the mutual’s mortgage range.

The mortgage broker network, which is powered by OneDome, said the partnership would broaden the range of lending options available to its advisers and their clients.

Swansea Building Society offers mortgage products for borrowers whose circumstances may fall outside mainstream lending criteria, with an emphasis on individual underwriting.

Graham Wood (pictured), head of products and partnerships at Mortgage Intelligence, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Swansea Building Society to the Mortgage Intelligence lender panel.

“Their addition strengthens the breadth of lending solutions available to our advisers, particularly for customers whose circumstances may not fit the traditional lending mould.

“We’re always looking to expand our lender proposition with providers who share our commitment to delivering choice and finding the right solutions for our advisers and their clients.”

Alun Williams, chief executive of Swansea Building Society, added: “We are delighted to join forces with Mortgage Intelligence to extend our reach and better serve our customers. This collaboration aligns with our commitment to providing tailored mortgage solutions and exceptional service.

“By partnering with MI, we can broaden our network of advisers and offer our customers even greater choice and convenience.”
