ModaMortgages launches fee-free limited edition buy-to-let range

Published on

ModaMortgages has launched a limited edition range of two-year and five-year fixed-rate buy-to-let products with no application or valuation fees.

The specialist lender said the range includes products for single dwelling properties, with rates starting from 4.19%.

Products are also available for HMO and MUFB properties with up to six bedrooms or units, with rates starting from 4.29%.

The mortgages are available to both individual and limited company landlords at up to 80% LTV.

Borrowers can choose from a range of fee structures, including 2%, 5% and 7% percentage fee options, as well as fixed fees of £7,499 and £9,999.

Becki Fraser-Tucker, head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “At a time when landlords are carefully assessing every cost associated with their investments, products that offer no application or valuation fees are particularly attractive.

“Our new limited edition range delivers exactly that, whether they’re purchasing a single dwelling or an HMO or MUFB property, and gives brokers more ways to maximise value for their clients and meet the evolving needs of today’s property investors.”
