ModaMortgages introduces buy-to-let fixed rates from 4.14%

ModaMortgages has launched a limited edition range of buy-to-let mortgages, offering two-year fixed rates from 4.14% and five-year fixed rates from 5.14%.

The new products are available to individual and limited company landlords, with lending offered up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV).

The range covers single residential properties alongside houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs) containing up to six bedrooms or units.

There are no application or valuation fees across the range, removing these upfront costs for landlords. Borrowers can also choose from different product fee structures.

Becki Fraser-Tucker (pictured), head of sales at ModaMortgages, said: “Landlords are always looking for new ways to maximise value with every opportunity, and our new limited edition range has been designed to help them achieve their investment ambitions.

“With no upfront application or valuation fees, and solutions across a wide range of property types, we’re making it easier for brokers and their clients to access the finance they need.”
