Major fall in asking prices: Rightmove

Rightmove has reported that the average asking price of a property coming to market has fallen by £7,528 – -3.1% – in a month, thelargest monetary fall since December 2007 and third largest percentage fall on record.

There was also a 13% fall in the number of new sellers coming to market compared with the previous month, and an 11% fall compared with November 2010.
