LSL makes key senior appointment

LSL Corporate Client Department (CCD) has appointed Martyn Alderton as managing director for asset management.

He will replace David Brown in the role, who was formerly managing director of LSL CCD alongside being commercial director of LSL Property Services.

Brown will retain his position as commercial director for the LSL group.

Alderton has been involved in the property industry for 28 years. He was divisional sales director for Your Move until in 2001 when he was tasked with developing the LSL group call centre. From 2003 he managed Your Move’s conveyancing panel. Most recently, He oversaw the creation of LSL’s corporate client department in late 2007 and has since been instrumental in the growth of CCD’s corporate asset management business in his former role as operations director.
