London and S East boosting house prices

February saw monthly house prices increase by 0.3%, according to the latest house price index from LSL Property Services/Acadametrics.
In another positive move, the proportion of low LTV product numbers reached a two-year low.

The number of transactions in February increased by 2.4% to 41,200, although this still only represents 61% of the long term average.
