Legal & General and Barclays have agreed a new protection arrangement.
Legal & General will provide all family and mortgage-linked Life and Critical Illness protection cover for Barclays retail customers on an advised basis.
The new arrangement builds on the mortgage protection distribution arrangement that Legal & General and Barclays have had in place since 2001.
